This role involves interacting with client directly and also working with multiple stake holders .
Supporting client infrastructure spanning across India
One point contact for all technical domains (Dot Net, SQL servers, Windows servers, Exchange, Antivirus, Network & Security) and Application domain.
Preparing monthly executive summary report covering highlights, lowlights, activities done, utilization trends, capacity planning, new risks identified & having calendarised reviews with customer on this.
